DeliveryFulfillment services are offered through Supply Chain Logistics (SCL), a division of HTC.

Order Fulfillment

There’s nothing more important than fulfilling a customer’s order quickly and accurately. SCL can handle orders large and small — we’ve fulfilled 275 shipments in just one day.

•    An order is collected.
•    We gather the order, package it, and ship the order with a receipt. (SCL has an on-site FedEx terminal.)
•    E-mail notification and online order status tracking is available for both our clients and our clients’ customers.
•    All customer service, including customer returns and exchanges, can be handled by us.

Direct-to-Customer Shipping

Want reliable direct-to-customer shipping? With Supply Chain Logistics, you can ship directly to your customer from our warehouse. We partner with and have on-site shipping capabilities (FedEx, UPS, USPS etc.) to make sure your customers get what they need. We also offer e-mail tracking for you and your customers, so you can feel comfortable that the order is on its way.
